Serving The Lifestyle Channel promos team, Matt completed 3-promo campaigns, including re-shooting the opening titles, for the BBC’s “Antiques Roadshow” upcoming Australian editions.

In support of the BBC’s six episodes filmed in Sydney & Melbourne, screening in December 2005, the promo campaigns have rolled-out since mid-2005. The first were a series of comedic sketches, with punters unearthing their treasures by chance & deception. The second campaign, appropriately titled ‘Couch’, featured couch-potatoes eagerly pre-empting the valuations – and was a finalist at the 2005 ACS Cinematography Awards.

The centrepiece to the AR undertaking was the re-shooting of the UK titles, shot for shot for the final promo campaign - introducing an iconic Australian flavour. The Aussie titles were filmed on location in Sydney, Melbourne, and the NSW South Coast.

Teaser spots involving members of the public with their treasures were also recorded at the Sydney & Melbourne recordings, and used to promote The Lifestyle Channel’s ‘Behind The Scenes’ special.
