ARMY CAMPAIGN

Travelling Matt headed north in November, filming 6 x Army Recruitment commercials over a five-day schedule. The shoot took place at Townsville QLD Army & RAAF bases, featuring various jobs/apprenticeships available to recruits.

BlackHawk chopper pilot, petroleum ops, artillery, supply and telecommunications are all in the mix. The spots feature a multi-screen montage, with an anchoring interview narration supporting action sequences and textures.

Captured on the HDcam F900R at 25P for SD delivery, with various stunt and VFX mini-cams, including Sony HVR-A1P HDV, and PDX10, CCTV & pin-hole cam on DVcam. Night-vision was also recorded, utilising a military-spec night-vision module on the F900R HDcam. Technical elements involved aerials, hand-held, and vehicle mounts.
