Country music legend, and 9-time Golden Guitar recipient, James Blundell has returned with a new album “Deluge”. In turn, Matt Gormly recently filmed three music clips and a sales compilation for the Aussie country legend.
The new album features a collaboration with songwriter/producer Terry McArthur, whom Matt has served on television projects since the 2000 Rock Eisteddfod Challenge.
The first single “Deluge” received a great reception, yet the second, “Postcards from Saigon” made the greatest impact – reaching No.1 on country charts, and re-entering for a second time. Using the backdrop of the Vietnam conflict to comment on current world trends, the song received the full support of the Vietnam Veteran’s Association and was featured heavily during 2005 Anzac Day telecasts.
